A 3 night viewing trip usually leaves the UK on a Thursday or Sunday and involves at trip to Cyprus to view properties and become familiar with the area in which you are going to purchase. Every last detail will be arranged for you by an expert in the area, based on the information you give us. 

You are met at the airport by one of our representatives, with a group of other clients with whom you can enjoy your stay and compare notes. Staying in a hotel in the area you are interested in the next couple of days involves viewing properties that suit your requirements, leaving your evenings free to enjoy the way of life on this beautiful island. In 99% of these trips our clients have usually found their perfect property in Cyprus.

Rest assured that all the hotels chosen for our clients have been inspected by our staff and are never lower than 3*. Also you will be shown properties in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle, by one of our enthusiastic and professional representatives.

The price of the inspection trips is currently only £139 per person, although depending on availability of flights for your chosen departure date this may change. Please check when you are booking.
